CST OFFERINGS
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle hands-on technique to release, unwind, and balance the body via the fascia (connective tissue). Fascia is connected to every bone, organ, and muscle in the body. It is your body's communication system. Your brain sends a message or signal through the fascia to different parts of your body. If there is torsion (kind of like a tangle) in the fascia, your body cannot receive the message from the brain correctly. Torsion can be cause by physical issues like a car accident/sports injury, birth, emotions, and more. The type of CST I offer is in combination with Dynamic Body Balancing techniques, energy work such as Reiki and reflexology.

All sessions include a brief intake discussion at the beginning where we will decide on the best techniques to use that day and time.
In-office CST 30 minutes $65 45 minutes $95 60 minutes $120 90 minutes $180 Initial $165 ADULT (75 minute) Initial $150 INFANT/CHILD (60 minute) -there is a $75 deposit for all initial appointments to reserve your time. The remaining balance is due at the time of the appointment. If an initial session is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice the cancellation fee below applies and the deposit is forfeited unless due to illness. In-home CST Initial $250* or you may choose a longer initial appointment for more complex cases and to allow for ample discussion time $400* (2-2.5 hour appointment) - 60-75 minutes including intake - there is a $75 deposit for all initial appointments to reserve your time. The remaining balance is due at the time of the appointment. If an initial session is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice the cancellation fee below applies and the deposit is forfeited unless rescheduled due to illness. Follow-up options $100* - 30-45 minutes $190* - 60-75 minutes *Plus travel outside a 20 mile radius from my home billed at $10/20 miles Reflexology If you need a stand alone reflexology session the initial appointment is 40 minutes where we will do a intake and approximately 20-30 minutes of hands-on work either on feet or hands. Fee: $64 Virtual Appointments Not local to the Twin Cities? Isolating during COVID? Too busy to go anywhere with kids? Schedule a virtual session to learn some techniques for yourself or your children and share in some energy work with Laura to facilitate your healing. Virtual visit Initial $120 - 60 minutes Follow-up options $75 - 45 minutes $50 - 30 minutes $25 - 15 minutes Contact Laura to arrange Adult Intake Form Pediatric Intake Form Birth/Labor on-call support available This type of support is ideally contracted before you are in labor. Laura will be on-call for your birth and attend for two hours of support to provide body balancing, optimal fetal techniques, energy work and emotional support through CST, Reiki and reflexology. You, your doula or provider can try Laura when in labor if you are finding you need new fresh energy, someone to provide bodywork or for instance, in the case of trying to prevent a transfer. However, there is no guarantee of availability when not contracted before birthing time begins. Contact Laura to arrange a contract. Two-hours $350 Packages (all 60 minutes, family share packages, applies to office visits only) 3 follow-up sessions - 5% off 6 follow-up sessions - 10% off 10 follow-up sessions - 12% off Cancellation/no show fee: Initial appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will forfeit the $75 deposit. Missed (no show) initial and follow-up appointments will be charged the full amount. Less than 24 hour notice for follow-up appointments is a $25 fee for in-office appointments and $75 for in-home. The only exception made will be for those experiencing illness symptoms, which you should contact Laura about ASAP. COVID-19 Information:
I, as the practitioner, am happy to wear a mask at your request. They are NOT required for appointments. The table and other commonly touched surfaces will be cleaned with natural cleaners between each session. There is an air purifier in the room. Please reschedule your appointment if you or a direct family member are not feeling well. A note about my fees: I am a small business owner. I do everything to support my business completely on my own which takes a lot of (loving) time and energy. I have years of experience and many trainings, certifications, degrees, experience learning from other professionals and intuitive skills in my pedigree. If you are a low-income family needing support, please reach out to see if some alternate payment methods can be arranged. I want to try to provide accessible care.
